This position is available to a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of professional accounting and/or bookkeeping experience that seeks to be on location in Aspen, CO, Carbondale, CO or Nashville, TN, full-time remote, or a blend of in-person and remote. Both in-person and remote positions are encouraged to participate in firm funded bi-annual team retreats to the Aspen area, enjoying all that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.

The Work
Perform various technical accounting duties maintaining general ledger accounting and financial statements for individuals, family offices and businesses, including maintaining AR & AP, processing payroll, facilitating bill pay, preparing financial reports/analysis, communicating financial results, providing financial advisory services, leading client relationships, leading engagement teams. Work directly with partners and managers on a daily basis to provide personalized services to our sophisticated client base.
The Fit
5+ years of recent professional accounting and / or bookkeeping experience. Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intact, payroll and sales tax preferred. Positive attitude, team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Compensation
Compensation from $85,000 to $115,000+ and discretionary bonuses, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401k and ski pass (or cash).
