Job Description
Over 15 years of experience in supporting AS/400 applications
Must have experience on MAPICS
Proficient in programming using DDS, CL, RPG, and RPGLE
Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users and documenting custom programs and processes
Strong expertise in supporting AS/400 business applications across various domains
Manufacturing operations
Engineering (items, BOMs, routings, etc.)
Inventory, scheduling, order release, job reporting, quality inspection, costing, maintenance, data collection, etc.
Accounting, order entry, shipping, purchasing, HR, etc.
Additional experience in system administration is a plus
Exposure to performing full system saves, applying PTFs, OS upgrades, or hardware/network changes (optional)
Dynamic problem-solving skills for efficiently resolving support tickets
