Senior Budget/Reimbursement Analyst

Responsibilities

KBW has partnered with a Large Health Care provider in Southern NH to identify a Senior Budget and Reimbursement Analyst. This is a key role for the organization and will be responsible for preparing budgets and reporting, as well as oversight of third party reimbursement (Medicaid and Medicare). This is an ideal opportunity for someone with finance and health administration background with healthcare third party reimbursement experience. Additional details include:

• Responsible for assisting in developing the operating and capital budgets
• Preparation of filings related to Medicaid and Medicare in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Analysis of third party reserves
• Responsible for maintaining schedules to support third party settlements for managed care and federal programs
• Assist with Audits
• Recommend process improvements for work flow efficiency
• Investigates and prepares budget variance reports on a monthly basis including FTE and non-salary variance reporting
• Review and analysis of monthly statistics
  
  

Required

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3+ years of related healthcare finance experience including knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
• Experience with third party reimbursement in a hospital setting required
• Strong attention to detail
