Senior Capital Markets Analyst

JCW is is partnering with a well respected and rapidly growing Agriculture Lending firm that is looking to add a Senior Analyst onto their Capital Markets team. This role will be pivotal in analyzing market trends, assessing risk, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within our capital markets division. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of agricultural market trends, commodities pricing, and financial performance to provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support investment strategies and capital allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk management, trading, and finance departments to optimize portfolio performance and mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders on market outlooks, investment strategies, and portfolio performance.
• Assist in the development and execution of hedging strategies to manage commodity price risk and enhance profitability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in capital markets, financial analysis, or investment banking.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel, SQL) for data analysis and reporting.
