Job Details

Responsibilities

• Support hiring manager and departments on compensation
• Research and evaluate market data and trends to recommend areas of improvement to compensation programs
• Conduct analysis of current company job descriptions and pay
• Make recommendations for the creation of new job profiles where necessary
• Contribute to updating job descriptions when needed
• Review market salary survey data to determine benchmarks/market pay ranges for new and existing jobs
• Audit employee pay and recommend reviews when necessary
• Review and update internal guidelines and procedures in relation to pay
• Provide analytical support in the implementation of compensation projects and initiatives
• Approve job and pay change requests for assigned Business Groups
  
  

Requirements

• BA in related field of study
• 5+ years compensation experience
• Experience with CompAnalyst and Oracle preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Well-versed in compensation best practices
