Our client is a respected Asset Management firm and looking to add to their team in Boston. They are looking to bring onboard a Senior Compliance Manager.
The Senior Compliance Manager's position is vital in their Compliance department. Their tasks include creating and auditing compliance policies and procedures, cooperating with colleagues across ranks in the company, addressing clients, and prospects, aside from handling special projects.
The role encompasses an array of responsibilities like mastering various compliance aspects, devising suitable policies in response to regulatory modifications, and managing the code of ethics involving personal trading, gifts, and political contributions. It also includes providing compliance training to employees, reviewing marketing communications for regulatory compliance, preparing regulatory filings, assisting in regulatory inquiries, and overseeing company registrations and renewals.
Ideal candidates for the position are those demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work with diverse management levels, and possessing strong problem-solving and analytical competencies. Experience with the 1940 Act Funds are a must to be successful in this role.
