Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Senior Customer Success and Project Manager, for its LEGIC’s business based in the United States. This individual is responsible for driving complex customer projects for Apple and Google Wallet implementations in North America from project definition to on time successful launch. Simultaneously, the role will contribute to pre-sales technical support for our North American based Business Development Managers.
LEGIC, a wholly owned subsidiary of dormakaba with headquarters in Switzerland, is the global leading company in secure identification through mobile and contactless smart card technologies. LEGIC’s product portfolio includes digital key management tools, mobile SDKs, smart card, and secure hardware modules.

What You Will Do
- Manage projects in the following target verticals: Corporate (mobile employee badges), Hotel and Multi-housing (mobile room keys), and Campus (mobile student ID cards)
- Provide pre-sales technical support for LEGIC’s North American based Business Development Managers
- Own the direct relationship with Apple and Google Access teams in North America for project implementation, testing and approvals. Close physical proximity to Apple & Google HQs in California a distinct advantage
- Create complex multi-party (LEGIC, LEGIC Partner, End Customer, Apple , Google) project plans for Wallet projects
- Obtain in-depth understanding and contribute to customer comprehension of LEGIC’s product and services portfolio, incl.
- Apple/Google Wallet trusted service manager service
- Encryption key management
- Mobile SDK technology and
- Secure Module IC hardware for LEGIC partner access readers and locks
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/computer/software engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 15 years of previous work experience in customer success, project management, information technology, software, electronics, or any other related fields
- 5 years working knowledge of Trusted Service Manager implementations with mobile handset OEMs or Mobile Network Operator
- 5 years working knowledge of mobile wallet app, backend server platform APIs implementations
- In-depth understanding of technical and commercial customer needs and their business models
