Job Description
Bonafide is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, focusing on Field Force efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Analytics, you'll collaborate with a cutting-edge team and learn from seasoned professionals while making an immediate impact in a business projected to exceed $100M in sales this year.
This role requires a self-starter with a strong analytical background who can provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is visionary, attentive, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving within complex systems. Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and maintain weekly and monthly business review meetings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze data and perform ad hoc analyses.
Perform advanced proactive analyses for field sales and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Create and maintain dashboards in Looker, ensuring KPIs are effectively monitored for insights into field performance.
Gather and present insights to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex concepts.
Assist in setting quarterly goals for sales representatives and monitor their performance to ensure quotas are met.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
3-5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably in an eCommerce business; subscription business model experience is a plus.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Extensive hands-on experience with large databases, data mining, and BI tools..
Strong SQL and BI tool experience a must (Looker, Tableau, etc)
Experience analyzing sales representative performance and working with prescription data (such as IQVIA and Definitive Healthcare), as well as proficiency in Salesforce, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and meet tight deadlines.

Annual Pay Range: $79,500 - $113,300, plus annual bonus target.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary, such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Location and Work Model
Bonafide Health headquarters are in Harrison, New York, which is in Westchester County, approximately 22 miles north of Manhattan. Our team is operating in a hybrid work model and this role will have the flexibility to work remotely part of the time and in our physical office as needed. Exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote positions; EST working hours and travel to Harrison, NY will be required.
