Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Product Manager to join our Marketing team at our Fortune 500 Retail Business. As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and managing data products that enable our marketing team to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data products that support marketing initiatives, including customer segmentation, targeting, campaign analytics, and personalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product management, to define requirements and deliver data products that meet business needs
- Design and execute data strategies to optimize marketing performance and drive customer engagement
- Define KPIs and develop reporting mechanisms to track the performance of data products and provide insights to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting data analysis, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing data-driven solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data management and marketing technology, and make recommendations for new tools and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data product management, marketing analytics, or related role
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including customer data platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results through data-driven insights
