Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time, hands-on role for a Senior Development and Operations Manager with Outpatient Healthcare Strategies. The Senior Development and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations and development, including surgery center development, operations management, financial management, customer service, strategic planning, and project management. This is a remote position that requires travel and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Strong Ambulatory Surgery Center operations management and financial management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in development, strategic planning, and project management
• Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the ASC industry is required
