Responsibilities
Kforce is partnering with a $350M publicly traded Bio-Pharma Manufacturing Company located in Burlington, MA seeking to hire a Senior Director of Customer Service. This is a high visibility role reporting to the SVP of Operations and leading a team of 8. The Senior Director of Customer Service will have full oversight of Order Management and Fulfillment and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
This is a hybrid role 3 days/week in-office. Strong compensation package which includes bonus and significant equity. Responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end order management and order fulfillment
- Provide strategic support for developing and implementing customer service policies, to enhance overall customer experience
- Business partner across Finance & Operations to help enhance and streamline business processes and operational efficiencies
- Lead, Manage and build out the Customer Service team and department
- Oversight of Order-to-Cash
Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive leadership in Customer Service
- Experience in Bio-Pharma, Manufacturing or Life-Sciences (Required)
- End-to-end Order Management experienced with Order Fulfillment and Order-To-Cash
- Knowledgeable in US Accounting and GAAP guidelines
- Demonstrated history leading, managing, and building out Customer Service teams
- SAP a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
