Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations

I am partnered with a large biotech company looking for a strategic thinker to develop and establish strategic initiatives for the US business unit. You will work closely with senior leadership to prioritize and implement key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the development of multi-year strategic roadmaps
Coordinates with leaders across multiple business functions to ensure all processes are efficient and streamlined
Conduct due diligence assessments for potential business development opportunities
Collaborates with senior leadership to prepare for business reviews
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize the strategic planning cycle
Lead and assess the new product commercialization pipeline
Manage all late-stage pipeline products and initiate preparation for launch readiness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Masters/MBA preferred
12+ years of leading large programs
Pharmaceutical commercial experience
Go-to-market and product launch strategy experience
