Roles- Senior IBM Messaging Queue Engineer (IBM MQ Support Infrastructure Engineer)-

(initial can be remote after 3 months will move to PA)
The MQ team is looking to hire a contractor to provide support for the ongoing efforts for migrating MQ external messaging connectivity to an improved tier of network and MQ service. The team values attention to detail, passion for excellence, and drive for improvements.
The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly, develop small but detailed migration plans for MQ messaging, perform MQ technical changes that involve MQIPT, TLS certificates, and MQ manager configuration, and support those migrations both in lower environments as well as in production.
Job description :-
Experience in configuring and supporting MQ messaging with IBM's MQIPT is required.
Experience in configuring and managing TLS MQ channel certificates (i.e., create MQIPT trust store, understand root and intermediate certificates, build keyrings, know how to use OpenSSL, etc.) is required.
Administering and troubleshooting IBM MQSeries is required.
Some familiarity with IBM appliance or Mainframe is preferred.
Ability to write MQ migration plans.
Required Skills/Experience :-
Experience in configuring and supporting MQ messaging with IBM's MQIPT
Experience in configuring and managing TLS MQ channel certificates
Administering and troubleshooting IBM MQSeries
