You'll be working at one of the most active PTAB firms nationally, recognized among the top five for filing IPRs on behalf of petitioners. From day one, you'll be involved in client matter management and leading oral arguments. Ideal Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school
USPTO bar admission
Patent Bar Registration number
Background in programming, coding, software engineering, or computer science (PhD preferred)
7-9 years of experience in the IPR space
Trial experience before the USPTO
Ability to manage IPR litigation independently, preferably for big tech companies
Proven proficiency in patent prosecution

Compensation: Top-of-market compensation, comparable to Big Law, depending on experience.
