Our Community Relations Assistants are responsible for:

Provide a high level of customer service to residents and Team Members by achieving the standards outlined in the MG CARES program.

  • Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
  • Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
  • Schedules and conducts community tours.
  • Conducts prospect follow-up calls, e-mails, mailings, etc.
  • Assists with management of the community’s lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks, etc.
  • Serves as primary sales back-up when CRD is out of the community.
  • Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
  • Orders marketing materials and supplies.
  • Assembles post-tour brochures and move-in paperwork packets.
  • Helps plan and coordinates marketing events.
  • Other duties as assigned.


If you are someone with:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.


The pay range for this position is between $19.00-$25.00 per hour, and will vary based on qualifications, experience, education/additional licensure, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
