Provide a high level of customer service to residents and Team Members by achieving the standards outlined in the MG CARES program.
- Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
- Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
- Schedules and conducts community tours.
- Conducts prospect follow-up calls, e-mails, mailings, etc.
- Assists with management of the community’s lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks, etc.
- Serves as primary sales back-up when CRD is out of the community.
- Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
- Orders marketing materials and supplies.
- Assembles post-tour brochures and move-in paperwork packets.
- Helps plan and coordinates marketing events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.
