🌟 Enterprise Business Systems Manager at Millennium Print Group:

Join our dynamic team as the Enterprise Business Systems Manager and lead the optimization and management of our organization's crucial business systems. You will oversee a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of ERP systems such as Oracle Financials and Workday, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications. Your strategic vision will drive efficiency, align systems with organizational objectives, and spearhead selection, configuration, and integration efforts to maintain our competitive edge.

🚀 What You Will Do:

• Lead a Team: Spearhead a team of skilled business systems analysts overseeing ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, Workday), CRM systems, and other vital enterprise applications.
• Strategize for Efficiency: Develop and execute strategies to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business systems, ensuring they remain agile and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to deeply understand business requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee System Operations: Manage system configuration, customization, and integration efforts to optimize functionality and address evolving business needs with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, minimizing disruption to business operations and ensuring continuous functionality.
• Documentation and Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and training materials. Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending new solutions or approaches to drive maximum business value.
  
  

🔍 What You Will Bring:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems, CRM systems, and other critical enterprise applications, including but not limited to Workday, Oracle Financials, WHM (Manhattan, Veracore), Jira, Manufacturing MES Systems, ServiceNow, and Print Management Systems.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience and Expertise: 7+ years of experience in business systems management or a related field, with hands-on experience in system selection, configuration, customization, integration, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated project management prowess, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
