The Senior Manager, of FP&A will play a critical role in guiding financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis to support the organization's mission and objectives. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights, develop financial models, and drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving social impact.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and actionable budgets aligned with strategic goals.
Create and uphold financial reports and dashboards, furnishing internal stakeholders with trends and crucial insights utilized in strategic decision-making and performance enhancement.
Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to ensure financial targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, and maximize impact.
Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, summarizing financial performance, forecasts, and key insights.
Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a complex or varied business environment
Prior supervisory experience
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel skills. Adaptive experience is a huge plus!
