Senior Manager FP&A

Dartmouth Partners are working with a Private Equity backed SaaS organization, seeking to hire a Senior Manager of FP&A. The business has received continued PE backing and is pushing towards their next goal of hitting $100m ARR.

The business is seeking a proven FP&A professional within a SaaS environment to help support the ongoing growth of the organization - helping to increase data usage, financial modeling, reporting standards and performance metrics.

• Utilize, develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
• Actively use performance metrics (CAC, LTV, Ratio analysis) to support operational metrics
• Business Partner across the business working with team leads across different divisions, helping to collaborate and create synergy between Accounting vs Non-Accounting staff
• Present monthly financial reports to senior management explaining key variances and supporting MD&A analysis
• Directly reporting into the CFO and helping to drive efficiencies and standards across the team
• Core FP&A work to support the business in its understanding of market trends and internal team analysis
• Implement tools and dashboards to create a better user experience and provision of greater data capture

Candidates must be based in Atlanta and able to commute to site on a hybrid basis. Prior experience in SaaS and the recurring revenue model is highly preferred and candidates with this background will be most suitable.
