ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
At the heart of SITA's expertise, Communication & Data Exchange Messaging team manages SITA messaging and integration platforms. You will join a team that is undergoing transformation and help us achieve our high goals. To keep enhancing messaging exceptional service level, we need a devops manager who would take the team to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create and lead a cross functional team to ensure the best service availability of SITA core messaging platform (i.e. DORA Metrics).
Work with SRE engineer and service owner to maintain outstanding service availability.
Join Messaging management team and contribute to the department strategy.
Act as product owner for your area, manage a backlog and prioritize initiatives to improve key metrics.
Lead, mentor and coach your team members to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team spirit.
Secure current systems and prepare the future of SITA messaging devops platform.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
You have the drive and the motivation to make changes and progress.
You have experience in team leadership and know how to lead in a modern and collaborative way.
You are organized and structured and can guide your team to success.
You are a great communicator and can manage complex organization and create strong partnership with stakeholders.
You believe in automation for software, infrastructure, and network.
You have experience or skills in network, infrastructure, or software CICD.
NICE-TO-HAVE
Experience in Cloud transformation is a big plus!
