Senior Manager of International Recruitment is accountable for leading the recruitment team in achieving their KPIs and ensuring quality control of all hired professionals. The role holder will drive all of Conexus’s recruitment activities, lead the team’s professional development and drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening through offer, ensuring a high-tech high touch to deliver optimal candidate experience.


The role holder is expected to work to the highest standards by embracing Conexus’s vision and core values in every engagement, working closely with external and internal colleagues to ensure an excellent candidate experience.


Deliverables:

  • Lead the global recruitment team with special focus on driving performance, accountability, shaping strategies, supporting growth, development, and team alignment.
  • Continuous improvement of the recruitment process from screening through to deliver a high-tech high touch experience.
  • Ensuring the recruitment process complies with applicable laws, regulations and code of ethics and delivers high quality candidates.
  • Collaboration with Marketing to ensure high conversion levels of sourced candidates.
  • Deliver an engaging recruitment process that influences professionals to choose Conexus as their U.S. employer of choice.
  • Develop new partnerships (universities & recruiting partners) and efficiently manage existing relationships to deliver drive referrals.
  • Understands the Conexus program and the candidate journey, setting adequate expectations, and ensuring an appropriate sales strategy and optimal candidate experience that delivers high conversion rates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Personal accountability for teams’ performance, including setting and meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators, Objectives and on-going professional development.
  • Leadership, coaching and on-going development of the of the Recruitment Team supporting consistent professional growth and driving optimal customer service.
  • Improve engagement & sales acumen and play an active role in developing a performance-based culture.
  • Management of risk, effective control of allocated resources and focus on continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • Track record of delivering excellent candidate experience with an ability to attract and persuade high quality candidates to accept offers.
  • Working in high volume recruiting, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Planning and organizing workload to ensure workforce plans are delivered.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relations with internal and external stakeholders, including public.
  • A track record of successfully reviewing & implementing changes to recruitment.
  • Effective development and performance management of a recruitment team.
  • Educated to bachelors’ level or equivalent experience gained in healthcare staffing.
