What Will You Do?

You will provide leadership of the preventive maintenance organization in support of department and company goals. Develop preventive maintenance personnel, processes and procedures and provide the necessary technical expertise that achieves and increasingly effecting operation. Effectively manage conflicting priorities for PIV repair. Work closely with all supervisors to ensure all troubleshooting equipment errors will be corrected in a timely manner. Oversee and direct the PIV Preventive Maintenance Crew in multiple states and locations. Oversee and manage required training for all PIV maintenance personnel. Coordinate training events with vendors. You'll troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify and establish preventive maintenance programs for all machinery equipment, facilitates , and powered PIV needs.

What Do You Need?

  • 5 years’ experience with preventive maintenance programs for all machinery equipment, facilitates, and powered PIV needs, Required
  • Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronic problems
  • Supervisory/Management experience
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
