Dragonfly is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Portfolio Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong scientific background, preferably in the field of therapeutic antibodies or multispecifics for treatment of oncology or immune-related disorders, with demonstrated project and process expertise guiding programs from a therapeutic idea to IND
Responsibilities:
Serve as program manager for cross-functional Research and Development teams to facilitate discussions that define the target product profile, schedule, and budget for internal and partnered programs
Represent Dragonfly as Alliance Manager supporting various research and clinical collaborations with Pharma
Collaborate with program leaders to create, maintain, and achieve approval for integrated development plans. Work within Portfolio Management to report program challenges and opportunities
Guide internal team members in the identification and resolution of collaboration challenges
Coordinate team presentations for internal management and governance meetings to communicate program milestones
Qualifications:
Degree in life sciences; advanced degree or MBA
3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in project or program management
Strong management and leadership qualities, ability to collaborate across functional and cultural lines
Demonstrated project and process expertise guiding antibody or multispecific drug candidate programs from preclinical research into clinical development for treatment of oncology or immune-related disorders
Commitment to a high-performing, patient & people-first culture, where there is alignment around a common vision and individuals are supported in their growth path
Experience in the application of program management principles, tools, and practices
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Experience with Office Timeline, Think-Cell, or comparable timeline management tools, required
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation
This role will be based in Waltham, MA. Some domestic and international travel may be required, up to 20%
