This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on our global tax strategies.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of income tax reporting and compliance, including US Federal, state, and local taxes, as well as foreign income compliance.
Collaborate with tax authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare tax provision disclosures for financial reporting, adhering to US GAAP and IFRS requirements.
Analyze and assess the impact of tax law changes, working closely with the Global Tax Director to implement strategies seamlessly.
Manage cash tax forecasts and lead global transfer pricing operations.
Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure alignment on tax matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance, with some public experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of transfer pricing frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with ASC 740, transfer pricing, and foreign direct tax matters.
Excellent command of tax financial reporting requirements under both US GAAP and IFRS.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
Proven ability to research, interpret, and document tax requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tax software.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
