We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Writer for our esteemed pharmaceutical client. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking oncology research and development.


About the Role:


A cutting-edge biopharmaceutical company is leveraging advanced technology at the intersection of chemistry, engineering, computation, and biology to develop new treatments for life-threatening diseases. Their innovative discovery platform is based on groundbreaking work by its founders. This platform features unique microscopes capable of real-time, molecular-resolution measurements of protein movement in living cells, enabling the targeting of previously elusive protein classes for drug development.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write clinical study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, and other regulatory documents.
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to gather and interpret scientific data.
  • Ensure all documents comply with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company standards.
  • Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest research and developments in oncology and other relevant fields.
  • Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical writing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex scientific data clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in oncology is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and medical writing software.
