About The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced and versatile mortgage loan processor to join our dynamic and supportive team. You'll play a key role in handling a variety of loan types, including FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, VA, Reverse, and USDA loans. Your expertise will ensure smooth processing of loan applications while adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
What You'll Do
Review and Verify: Thoroughly check loan application documents for accuracy.
Analyze Financials: Evaluate borrower financial information with precision.
Credit Reports: Order and assess credit reports.
Coordinate: Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all processes meet lending regulations and guidelines.
Timely Processing: Efficiently process loans to meet closing deadlines.
Quality Control: Clear conditions and submit loans to quality control and underwriting.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mortgage loan processing.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Docusign, and Adobe Software.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Software Skills: Experience with mortgage software systems like Calyx and other loan software.
Preferred Qualifications
