Senior Operations Manager

Summary: CRG’s well-known manufacturer is searching for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team! This role is responsible for directing daily activities of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts. This role will play a key part in directing productions activities, and mentoring productions superintendents and supervisors to achieve goals for production, cost, quality, and safety.

Location: Mesquite, Texas

Opportunity: Direct Hire

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct daily activities of Operations Managers and Supervisors on multiple shifts.
• Direct productions activities for various work centers and processes on multiple shifts.
• Lead and mentor productions leadership staff to achieve overall performance goals for production, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate productions activities through planning with departmental Supervisors, Schedulers, HR Managers, and Quality Systems Trainers to ensure that distribution objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective fashion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7-10 years of distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Powered Industrial Vehicle license required.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system improvement methods experience required.
