Senior Operations/ Process Reengineering

-Extremely successful, dynamic and highly respected trading firm is looking for a bright, polished and technologically savvy professional to join their high performing operations team

-This individual should have strong knowledge of the lifecycle of trading operations in Fixed Income, Treasuries, Repos, Derivatives, Equities, Options, Swaps, Futures, Commodities, FX or Bank Debt

This person will be expected to:

-Challenge the status quo and work to innovate and streamline current operational procedures

-Handle high volume of trade settlements, trade and position reconciliations/breaks

-Face off heavily with trading desk, senior management, technology, and service providers

Qualifications Include:

-Computer Science or Finance Degree from top tier university

-8-12 years of operations/ process improvement experience from a top bank or broker dealer

-Strong technical skills- Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, VBA

-Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills
