The Senior Global Portfolio Development Manager, Jack Daniel's is responsible for creating and
managing a portfolio that aligns with our company's goals and consumer needs. This role
requires a strategic thinker who can blend market insights, product expertise, and business
acumen to navigate the complexities of portfolio management. This role will collaborate across
the marketing function and with key stakeholders across the business, including production and
distillery teams, Research & Development, finance, legal and design to ensure seamless
execution of portfolio strategies.

acumen to navigate the complexities of portfolio management. This role will collaborate across
the marketing function and with key stakeholders across the business, including production and

execution of portfolio strategies.
What You Can Expect
Portfolio Strategy & Management
- Support the Global Portfolio Development Director in shaping a comprehensive
positioning to inform portfolio decisions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing products/services within the
- Support the delivery of the portfolio strategy and NPD expansion across
- Helps lead the Integrated Business Planning process for the Global Brand Team,
Innovation and New Product Development
- Develop and communicate a clear innovation vision and strategy that aligns with
- Lead cross-functional processes to generate innovative ideas, concepts, and
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from ideation to launch. This includes
- Consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success
People & Culture
- Actively coach, develop and guide the new product manager to foster an agile,
- Champion a culture of optimism, continuous learning and consumer-centricity.
- Actively work to inspire an appreciation for human diversity that fuels innovation
external partners.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 8 years of experience in portfolio management, product development, or
- Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of products
- Excellent strategic thinking and complex project management
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret a variety of data sources, especially category
- Experience leveraging consumer insights and market trend information
- Strong relationship builder with experience working effectively in a collaborative,
