Beacon Hill is partnered with a local client to aid in the search for their next Senior Pricing Analyst. This position will report directly to the Manager and will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing pricing and sales guidelines, monitor KPI's, and keeping track of trends. The ideal candidate has good interpersonal skills and has strong leadership and delegation skills.

Responsibilities:
Set, monitor, and optimize pricing, packaging and sales guidelines and related a wide-ranging set of products and services for a world-class company that is forecasting significant growth over the next few years.
Use deep quantitative analysis and tools to monitor pricing and make suggestions for improvement and optimization.
Maintain a set of pricing analytics to monitor pricing KPIs including ASP, discounting and promotional pricing.
Collaborate with strategy teams to help understand pricing components of new and existing products.
Analyze product sales data to determine effectiveness of pricing strategies.
Recommend pricing and bundling strategies that will drive measurable improvements in win rate and average selling price.
Monitor competitive developments to determine changes or needs for our pricing strategies.
Support technology optimization to both monitor product performance and help end users effectively price deals.
Own Pricing Operations, including maintaining product codes (SKUs), overseeing CPQ price book and working within on requirements for SAP updates and changes.
Support Deal Desk on both short-term pricing issues and long-term trends that may result in pricing changes.
