Job Title: Senior Product Engineer

Location: Mount Juliet, TN (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time Only

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD design, with a preference for Solid Edge.
  • Experience with VBA programming.
  • Syteline or BAAN
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a scientific, systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts.

Required Skills, and Experience:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Design And Development

  • Translate customer requirements into innovative product designs.
  • Engage in new product development, including component design, selection, fabrication, and testing.
  • Create detailed documentation for new designs, including 3D models, drawings, bills of material, and other technical information.

Production and Sales Support:

  • Address day-to-day technical needs for production and sales teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the floor.
  • Assist sales and technical services by providing clear and accurate answers to technical questions.

Prototyping:

  • Operate and manage a lab for prototyping, reliability testing, and research related to our products.
