You will help with the adoption of these new services and tools as a critical member of the Seller Fulfillment Services Team.
Key job responsibilities
Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience.
Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity, accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers.
Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain and fulfillment operations.
Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
