Position Overview{{:}} KCG Companies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee the business-related aspects of wood-framed residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• Budget and Cost Management{{:}} Maintain accurate project budgets and anticipate future costs to ensure profitability
• Trade Partner Coordination{{:}} Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with contract documents
• Project Team Communication{{:}} Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, offering solutions to challenges as they arise
• Schedule Maintenance{{:}} Develop and manage project schedules to track progress and ensure timely completion
• Mastery of Contract Documents{{:}} Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contract documents and project commitments
• Miscellaneous Buy Out{{:}} Procure necessary project resources and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and trade partners
• Attend Project Meetings{{:}} Participate in scheduled project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
• On-Site Presence{{:}} Visit active job sites regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5-20 years of wood-framed construction project management experience
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project and Excel
• Ability to adapt to KCG standards and programs while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively
