Senior Proposal Manager

This role is located at our Denver, CO office. Relocation offered for candidates out of state interested in the role.

This Sr. Proposal Manager role will provide the strategic guidance and management for proposal managers and specialists that has the skills to prepare and submit winning proposals. The Sr. Proposal Manager responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This role will be responsible for the growth and development of the proposal teams along with continued development of the relationships of our clients.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the proposal development process from initiation to submission, ensuring that proposals are compelling, well-structured, and meet all requirements.
• Manages and mentors a team of proposal managers and specialists providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality proposals.
• Assesses and improves proposal development processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Oversees the review and editing of proposal documents and contract documents, ensuring compliance with department and company standards along with all legal, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Synchronizes the development of proposal schedules with proposal managers ensuring that deadlines are met, and all submission requirements are fulfilled.
• Collaborates with other departments to develop winning bid strategies, including pricing, technical solutions, and competitive positioning.
• Stimulates engagement and interface with clients and partners to understand needs, addresses concerns, and provides excellent customer service throughout the proposal process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years Project Management/Proposal Management
• A./B.S. in Business/Construction Management or equivalent work experience

• Salary $150,000 - $182,000 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
