Position Summary
We are looking for experienced, passionate and resourceful full stack QA engineers to join our team. As a full stack QA engineer you will help us design and develop test automation to ensure product quality and improve users’ experience. You'll have a chance to work on interesting Fintech problems and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. This position will be ideally hybrid based in our Palo Alto office. The team is also open to candidates who can relocate or who are located in the PT or CT time zones. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The US base salary range for this position is $136,500 - $203,500.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with product and development teams to understand product architecture and requirements
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation tests
- Track and monitor quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate and mentor other engineers while providing thoughtful guidance and feedback
- Work cross-functionally with other teams (data science, design, product, marketing, analytics)
- 4+ years of quality engineer experience with a solid background in writing automated tests on mobile and backend
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes for a backend system with microservices with REST and gRPC
- Experienced in developing and executing functional and integration tests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's, Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture is a strong plus.
