Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer position is available for a W2 Contract to Hire opportunity that is requiring 3 days onsite/week in Fair Lawn, NJ.

Some highlights of the role:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and strategies.
• Design, create, and execute automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Education / Experience / Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on process definition, gap analysis, and automation.
