Duties
As the Senior Regional Property Director, you will be responsible for:
Managing an assigned portfolio of properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
Supervising Portfolio personnel and working with vendors/contractors on capital projects.
Assuring adherence to operations and maintenance manual for all managed personnel.
Conducting quarterly formal site inspections of building interior and exterior.
Making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements.
Ensuring observance of safety regulations.
Providing oversight for State Inspections and Compliance Reviews.
Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
Proven track record for successful lease-ups of new communities.
Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates, as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
Willingness to bring excitement and travel as needed.
Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies.
