Senior Reliability Engineer

Due to a promotion, we are actively searching for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our client, a well respected chemical manufacturer with over a dozen production plants in North America.

This role can sit in one of four markets (Greater Chicago, Greater Philadelphia, Greater St Louis or Augusta GA and travel out of Atlanta).

This is a crucial role that works closely with Plant Managers and acts as a change agent to influence operations of the importance of the Reliability Centered Maintenance program. You will be leading preventative maintenance efforts and equipment reliability methods with a variety of means, such as failure analysis and root cause analysis.

You will use your creative energy and technical expertise to to drive maintenance excellence, promote employee safety and proactively provide knowledge for reliability improvements.

Background

• BS degree (Mechanical Engineering ideal)
• Preventative Maintenance and equipment reliability experience in process plants, chemical, pulp/paper, refineries, or similar operations.
• CRMP Certification a plus.
• Expertise in CMMS systems, preventative maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability, and/or mechanical integrity programs.
• Must be organized, self disciplined, eager to lead others, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Travel about 25-50%
