Senior Sales Operations Analyst – United States

In this role you will…

  • Support the Americas Sales Organization
  • Utilize Expert level Salesforce.com CRM administration skills including data loader, daily support for users and business stakeholders, troubleshooting system and user issues, issues with data flow to BI, writing requirements, working with IT on changes, and UAT testing of solutions.
  • Drive forecast accuracy by creating and maintaining reporting and dashboards to surface issues with data compliance in salesforce.com CRM.
  • Report creation for users, leaders, analytics, data quality, and ad hoc queries.
  • Manage SFDC data imports and updates for Americas.
  • Analyze sales process pain points, and work with Sales Ops leadership to develop long-term solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & “unlock easy” for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required.
  • Drive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data quality.
  • Lead/collaborate in identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth.
  • Resolve Sales Support tickets for Sales Users around account, opportunity, and process management.
  • Support annual business planning process – manage territory planning for Direct Sales.
  • Support ongoing realignment of Customers and Prospects and related Territory Management via data assignments in salesforce.com CRM.
  • Be an advocate of the field and champion an “easy to do business with” approach; drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact data quality and process optimization.
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements.
  • Mentor & train junior team members.
  • Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a global sales or sales operations environment
  • Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com
  • Understands Salesforce’s API language, field/object relationships, and Field Level Securities/Permissions Sets
  • Familiarity with Enterprise software, Cloud, and Services Sales.
  • Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Fluent English

  • Proficiency/Expert with Validity or similar software for data management
  • Experience within a 500MM-1B revenue organization.

Total Rewards

At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.

The base salary range for this position is: $76900 - $123000 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
