Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, closing candidates, and keeping them warm.
  • Design, implement, and execute robust, innovative, talent attraction strategies to attract and hire top talent and meet our hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional leaders to provide solutions that synchronize with the People organization business strategy
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and operate as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Processing HR requests related to Employee Life Cycle (from hire to retire) scope.
  • Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in recruitment, people operations, or a similar role
  • Proven experience establishing recruitment processes, policies, and initiatives 0 to 1 in a startup setting
  • Results-oriented with a relentless drive to find and hire top talent with proven ability in attracting both passive and active candidates
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to consult, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem solving / critical thinking capabilities
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Mandarin Chinese Speaking is a plus, not a must.
