Job Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate the resource allocation process
Provide active business partnering to practice leads and company directors
Develop decision making criteria in support of the allocation process
Provide active scenario planning and options in support of resourcing decisions
Monitor and advise on resourcing projects in the sales pipeline
Support career development and succession planning for all resources
Support new joiners in comfortably transitioning into Cervello projects
Develop and share best resourcing practices between teams
Develop and manage reporting for all staffing activity and allocation
Monitor and report on gross margin implications of project resourcing
Manage and monitor utilization and staff activities outside of project work
Manage annual strategic recruitment planning and tactical refinements
Provide regular status updates and guidance to senior leadership
Build and manage a global team of staffing coordinators
Qualifications And Required Skills
8+ years of experience in staffing operations for consulting organizations
4+ years working in the technology development industry
2+ years of experience building and managing staffing teams
Ability to manage competing demands and facilitating decision making
Highly process and detail orientated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in influencing senior stakeholders
Strong personal drive and work ethic
