Seeking a Technical Lead to drive application development and ensure alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will lead technical design reviews, supervise program preparations, and manage project schedules to deliver technology solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with Product Owners to understand business requirements
Lead Integration/User Interfaces efforts
Develop and own Program Increment list of features
Define application scope and objectives, and oversee technical specifications
Perform technical design and code reviews
Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning
Manage the technical development environment and collaborate with the Enterprise team
Plan and implement projects, defend schedules, and monitor progress
Present progress reports to stakeholders and address challenges by implementing necessary changes
Conduct Risk Management and ensure completion of projects meeting defined criteria
Requirements
Eight or more years of programming experience, with expertise in JAVA Development and interfacing with business stakeholders
Three or more years of experience as a Technical Lead in JAVA APIs
Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying Microservices in container-based environments
Knowledge of Angular, NodeJS, other JavaScript frameworks, and AZURE framework
Familiarity with Architectural design patterns and microservices
Experience in Integration scenarios like Message Queues, Kafka, File transfer integration, and web services
Understanding of Interfaces such as REST web services, swagger profiles, and JSON payloads
Work experience in Agile (Scrum) development teams
Preferred retail experience, though not mandatory
