The Chief Technology Officer Organization has a vision of setting high standards for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and norms across Technology. It also strives to encourage and cultivate technical innovation and enhance and highlight the organization's technical pulse.

This position reports to the Program Director of Generative AI Enterprise Enablement. The successful candidate will act as strategic partner to both technical and non-technical teams to bring strategic projects to life. The position will have responsibility for building and maintaining project plans, creating dashboards to be presented to senior leaders and partners within the assigned projects. This role will also partner with their Director and other CTO Leadership to provide regular written and verbal updates to Senior Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating effectively with all partners, building key relationships to identify and handle dependencies.
  • Developing and being responsible for key project results and achievements using your toolbox of techniques like partnership and collaboration, problem solving, planning, coordination and leadership.
  • Producing regular reporting demonstrating progress against key accomplishments for all partners, outlining key risks and dependencies and plans for the next reporting period.
  • Leading outcomes by handling the details – sequencing and preparing for meetings and events thoughtfully to drive outcomes efficiently.
  • Navigate and understand a complex and ever evolving technology space with an open mind, innovative problem-solving skills, and a bias for early action.
  • Engages with business partners to understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leads and appropriately brings up delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to program initiatives.
  • Track progress, participate in design discussions, issue resolution and remove obstacles to ensure program objectives and commitments are met.
  • Being a motivated, hard-working change agent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical subject area, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
  • 6+ years of technical project management experience
  • Deep understanding of software and infrastructure design principles with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects.
  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
  • Experience leading project budgets and reporting
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal abilities; Ability to optimally communicate across third parties and technical and business teams
  • Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
  • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
  • Proven willingness to learn new technologies.
  • PMI Certification is a plus
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus
  • Experience using Jira or Rally agile delivery management platform

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
