Our client, a privately held Medical Communications agency is seeking a dynamic SVP, New Business developement to join their expanding team, offering flexible work arrangements from their NYC or NJ offices alongside remote working (hybrid).
Job Overview: As the SVP, New Business Developement, you'll drive revenue growth in key markets, leveraging your disease state expertise to establish credibility. This role entails new business development and demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Your ability to foster valuable client partnerships is paramount, as this is a client-facing role reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Implement a strategic sales plan to cultivate and expand client relationships.
Identify and nurture senior-level relationships to maximize revenue potential.
Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic plans.
Meet revenue and growth targets by identifying new business opportunities.
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy in Oncology Rare Disease specifically.
Contribute to the organization's overall direction and strategy as a key member of the executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven track record of driving strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments.
Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Resilience and flexibility to navigate executive responsibilities.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Over 10 years of leadership experience focusing on customer success, growth, sales, and marketing.
Oncology Rare Disease experience is essential.
