Job Title- IVR Consultant

Location – Irving, TX

Job Type- Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using industry-standard platforms and frameworks.
• Integrate IVR applications with Voice Gateway and SBC (Session Border Controller).
• Customize IVR workflows and call flows to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to ensure smooth operation of Voice Gateway and SBC platforms.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of IVR applications and integrations.
• Develop documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IVR development and telecommunications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as an IVR Developer or similar role in telecommunications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with Voice Gateway technologies
• Session Border Controllers (Sonus, Oracle Acme Packet, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols.
• Experience with IVR, or Genesys Voice Platform.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
