What you will be doing

People Development

  • Continuously develop and train Team Members through daily coaching
  • Coach and develop Team Members in a Positive way
  • Have fun at work!
  • Ensure that all Team Members provide excellent hospitality

Operations

  • Help cover shifts as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team through partnership with Kitchen Manager/Culinary Lead
  • Lead by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service
  • Utilize and maintain operational documents when needed for FOH and BOH
  • Responsible for proper sanitation standards, correcting bad practices and rewarding good behaviors
