Our elite team allows us to provide our customers with quality DC Tool Repair, Controller repair and calibration services. What You’ll Do:

• Perform visual inspection upon receipt
• Document condition of incoming parts
• Create system documents following company procedures
• Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping
• Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (company will provide training as necessary)
• Perform and Coordinate local Pick-ups and deliveries as needed
• Maintain customer shipping data
• Maintain tracking information and pictures per job
• Interface with customers and internal personnel
• Manage processes to meet company metrics
• All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required
  
  
  

What We Need from You:

• Basic computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills (oral / written)
• Ability to multitask
• No lifting restrictions
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Previous experience related to shipping and receiving procedures preferred
