Repairs

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance on vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Diagnose, prioritize, and conduct repairs
  • Coordinate and monitor outsourced repairs

Maintenance

  • Implement a regular preventative maintenance schedule
  • Fabricate or order parts for repairs
  • Maintain inventory of commonly broken parts
  • Make sure all equipment is signed out in the morning and returned to the right area at the end of the day
  • Making sure the shop is safe and clean
  • Making sure that employees equipment is ready to use in the mornings and for the next day
  • Manage overall the whole shop and equipment including fixing equipment when needed and out in the field if needed
