We are seeking a dynamic Show Manager, Booking Manager, and Talent Manager to join our team and drive our performance opportunities to new heights.
Role Overview: As our booking Manager, you will be the linchpin in expanding our reach and maximizing our performance opportunities. Your role will involve identifying and securing new shows, commercials, and brand deals, while managing our talented roster of performers. This is a fully commission-based role, ideal for a proactive and driven individual eager to thrive in a high-energy environment. Your income directly reflects the effort you put out.
Key Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new markets and opportunities for our performances, including live shows, media style commercials, brand collaborations, promotional events, fund raisers,
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and brand representatives to secure high-value bookings.
Talent Management: Help to manage the activities and needs of our performers during show time, ensuring seamless preparation and execution of performances.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to develop strategies that promote our shows and attract new business, resulting in more income to you.
Industry Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in show management, show booking, talent management, or a related field.
Extensive network within the entertainment, events, or commercial industries.
Content creation and videography skills are a plus.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-driven, results-focused, and highly motivated.
Creative thinker with a passion for entertainment and innovation.
Adaptable and responsive to changing market dynamics and opportunities.
