We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, engage with consumers, and act as the external voice of our brands while providing valuable consumer insights internally.
As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in humanizing our company, connecting personally with consumers, and providing feedback to various departments including Consumer Services, Brand, Legal, Tech Support, and Marketing. You will oversee multiple brands within a sector/category, ensuring that both internal and external customers receive the best, most efficient, and integrated customer experience possible.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Engagement: Manage and interact with consumers on our owned social media channels using social media management tools. Proactively and reactively engage with our audience to foster a positive consumer experience.
Content Development: Participate in the creation of agile marketing content based on social media monitoring. Identify opportunities and collaborate with inter-agency and internal teams to develop effective plans.
Platform Participation: Actively engage within the social media platforms we use to gain firsthand knowledge of opportunities within each platform.
Initiative Support: Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of social media initiatives.
Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of FAQs, consumer responses, and other social media content to support ongoing brand activations.
Best Practices Development: Work with counterparts to develop social media best practices and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and strategies.
Multimedia Communication: Communicate with consumers through various multimedia channels including phone, email, live chat, and mobile as needed.
Working Conditions
Remote Work: This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Flexible Hours: 40 hours per week with shifts varying between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm depending on the assigned schedule.
Weekend Coverage: Some weekend work (consecutive Saturday/Sunday) may be required between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on a rotating schedule.
