We are a young, growing technology company searching for a hands-on Software Manager or Senior Software Engineer. Due to growth, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that is excited about opportunity. Our technology is Rails based, so experience with Rails is a plus. You will be leading a small, but rapidly growing team working on custom software and integrations to design and enhance our products. This role is primed to lead into our Director of Engineering role as we continue to grow.
This is a fully remote position. As such, we are searching for someone that enjoys fully remote work and has the ability to meet deadlines and productivity schedules without being micro-managed.
What You Will Be Doing
Leading a very productive Engineering team with a large work load and fast schedules
Working closely with product, sales and operational teams
Manage project timelines, resource, and documentation
Participate in online team meetings
What You Need To Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
10+ years software development experience - Rails experience a plus
Experience working on a remote team with active engagement
